Key Responsibilities: -

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Plan, execute, and finalize cloud projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of support engineers and IT professionals.

- Oversee the deployment, management, and operation of cloud environments.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure and support processes.

- Ensure all cloud projects comply with data security and privacy regulations.

- Ensure all cloud programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.

- Receiving and processing customer inquiries as part of the 2nd level support.

- Handle incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Experience required :

- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and support processes.

- Proven experience in project management and technical support roles, preferably in cloud environments.

- Several years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role.

- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including virtualization, networking, Containers, databases, and storage.

Competence :

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with cloud technologies, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills

- Resilience and flexibility

- Keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Qualification & Experience: -

- B.E./B. Tech from IT/Computers stream.

- Several years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certified.

- ITIL or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Minium 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
