Client Introduction: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the IT Industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects. Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua). Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role. Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud. Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard objects. Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST. Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others. Understanding of Cloud Architecture. Should have knowledge on Data Migration. Change Management Proficient in Groovy Scripting and Object Customization. Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates. Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling) Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications. Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development using application composer Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pages using VBCS. Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs. Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components Should have hands on experience in developing reports and Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
