Reporting To: Technical Support ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and support our service network operations & defective management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective service coverage, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service-related functions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the field team to identify the need for appointing service centers and field service mechanics to ensure effective coverage.
  • Oversee the appointment, training, and development of service centers and field service mechanics.
  • Maintain minimum service Turnaround Time (TAT) through efficient service planning and execution.
  • Continuously adopt and update service processes to align with industry standards.
  • Ensure product and service offerings meet customer expectations.
  • Share technical updates regularly and ensure they reach all levels of the marketing team, dealer network, and service centers.
  • Coordinate with product development, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and service centers to improve repair efficiency.
  • Audit customer feedback and deploy corrective actions accordingly.
  • Manage and control service-related expenses.
  • Analyze product complaints and defective trends for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of spare parts to support service operations effectively.
  • Be open to travel as required to support field operations and service network activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in service operations, customer support, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of service management tools and spare parts handling.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹38,544.94 per month
