Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer


Experience Level:

  • 6-8 years of ServiceNow Development experience specially in IRM module of ServiceNow


Mandatory and Good to Have Skill Set:

Mandatory:

  • ServiceNow development experience with hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • Developing and implementing IT, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), Cybersecurity, Risk processes, Indicator tasks, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM ), and Risk management


Good to Have Skills:

  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management, audit management, corporate compliance, and policy management
  • Experience in a governance, risk, and compliance role, such as an external auditor, control owner, audit manager, or internal auditor


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow IRM
  • Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development
  • Create and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts and processes
