As a ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules to enhance risk management capabilities for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Leveraging your technical expertise and strategic mindset, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our IRM projects from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
  • Architect scalable and sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations to automate and streamline risk management processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with system administrators and quality assurance testers to deploy and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in risk management and IT service management, evaluating their applicability to our IRM solutions.
