Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Bakery Chef located in New Delhi. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts. Daily tasks include mixing dough, managing the baking process, ensuring product quality, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role also involves collaborating with other kitchen staff and managing inventories.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in baking bread, pastries, and desserts
  • Knowledge of artisanal baking techniques and quality ingredients
  • Food safety and sanitation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred
  • Formal culinary training or certification in baking is a plus
