We are hiring for No.1 commercial vehicle and automotive industry

This role is about solving customer warranty issues , customer complaints and warranty issues, Quality assurance role in Automotive industry by analysing failures, auditing parts, visiting field locations, and coordinating with plant & suppliers to improve product quality and reliability.

Position: Field Warranty Engineer

Job Location: Baggad (Madhya Pradesh)
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive preferred)
Experience: 3+ years (automotive/engineering QA or warranty background)

Key Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect & analyse warranty claim data and create failure database.
  • Do random audits of assembly/parts when issues come from the field.
  • Visit customer sites to analyze failures & support field teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (plant, suppliers, QA) for improvements.
  • Track product performance and provide feedback for reliability.
  • Handle warranty analysis, supplier recovery, and product audits.
  • Prepare reports (Excel, PPT) and maintain data.

Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of quality tools and automotive engineering.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication & coordination.
  • Assertive, customer-focused, and willing to travel.
  • Computer skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
