Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
MIS Executive
 to support our base kitchen operations by managing daily reporting, inventory tracking, and performance analytics. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data is available for kitchen planning, procurement, wastage control, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

l Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for kitchen production, consumption, and wastage.

l Track raw material inward and consumption data against production output.

l Monitor stock levels, generate alerts for reordering, and help minimize overstocking or stockouts.

l Work with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure data accuracy in purchase orders, GRNs, and material issuance.

l Coordinate with kitchen supervisors and inventory handlers to gather accurate on-ground data.

l Automate reports using Excel (macros, pivot tables) or Google Sheets.

l Assist in implementation and monitoring of ERP or inventory management systems.

Skills Required:

l Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Basic Macros).

l Experience with ERP software (SAP, Zoho Inventory, or kitchen-specific platforms) is a plus.

l Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

l Good communication skills for coordination across kitchen, procurement, and finance teams.
