The candidate must have experience as an architect for large scale project(s) with Java technology implementation. He / She should possess architecting, designing, all aspects of SDLC experience on custom software development project.Duties & Responsibilities

:

Understand the business requirements, provide end to end solution for the implementationCreate Solution Architecture Document, High Level and Low Level Design document, work on defined and implementation of Non functional requirementsWork independently on solutioning aspect including Integration, DevSecOps and Security tools to yield resultsLead performance improvement of the solutions and bring improvement in overall delivery outcomeShould be able to work on solution deployment, its operational performance with coordination with observability toolsProvide estimates for the requirements, should have ability to brake implementation into phases and work on WBSCollaborate with customer teams and remain customer facing to strengthen customer experienceMentor and train team members on the Solution implementation for a smoother execution, and start and contribute to various internal initiativesEnsure quality deliverables with continuous improvement

Experience

10+ plus years of experience in defining solution architecture for large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, monolithic and micro services architecture, ESBs, Open Source products, and strong Micro Services Architecture, Spring Boot, Angular, DevSecOpsAdditional experience in web technologies such as API Gateway, API Integration, Database OperationsExperience in technology areas of Messaging, Transaction Management, Spring Boot, API, Hibernate, Container, Kubernetes, RDBMS etc.Strong knowledge on design and integration patterns specially in applications involving Portals/SSO, legacy applications, B2B Applications, external partners using ESBStrong understanding of OOPs design methodologies, DDD and design patternsKnowledge of implementing Webservices Security using SSO and integrating with Identity provides, LDAP and ADFSTimely creation of appropriate technical artefacts e.g., Solution Design Documents, Developer Guides, User Stories, Journey etc. using Visio or UML toolsFamiliar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, data, business / functional, operations, enterprise architecture, info securityWork on technical support and operation management of any transformation project Agile, Scrum or any other Project management experience

Added Advantage to experienceIBM WAS, API Connect, IBM Queue, IIB, Kony, Oracle, BFSI domain Soft skillsProven ability to effectively deliver results as requiredAbility to operate independently under pressure, managing multiple tasks at a moment, individual contributor to set examplesAbility to lead a change and vocal in his/her activitiesAbility to upgrade or impact training to the associatesMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills inclusive of soft conversational skillsInterpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of the teams that deliver quality services"
