Job Role: Java Solutions Architect Experience: 15 to 24 Years
Location: Bangalore
Skills: Java, Spring boot, Microservices & GCP
We at Coforge are hiring Java Solutions Architect with the following skillset:
Proven leadership track record, expertise in the Java, Microservices, GCP based systems.
Facilitate collaboration and consensus building between technology teams to define, deliver, and improve technology solutions that solve business problems.
Lead the development of the long term technical vision required to meet the business objectives.
Define guiding principles to be used as an aid in decision making when creating and delivering solutions.
Lead the creation of high level technical designs and integration architectures that are scalable, secure, and supportable.
Use an understanding of downstream impacts of change to complex, inter-related systems to avoid unintended consequences associated with software development.
Partner with technology leaders of development and delivery teams and other architects to evaluate and continuously improve solution design and development methodologies and tools.
Partner with product delivery teams to create development guidelines.
Mapping conceptual, logical design to physical design based on business and technical requirements.
Produce a solution target architecture definitions that support business goals and requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise to team planning, solution definition and engineering.
Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
Effective problem solving and identifying innovative solutions.
Ability to build relationships and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization.
Proficient ability to develop estimates, identify tasks, and recommend sequencing pertaining to complex business and technical solution.
Ability to understand business goals, objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs.
Takes a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
