Role Title: Head New Accounts

Reporting to: Business Head – Enterprise Sales

Role:

The role would be responsible for managing overall sales of the telecom training vertical,
identifying new sales leads, pitching services, maintaining relationships with customers,
researching potential markets, contacting potential clients, planning marketing initiatives,
attending industry events, and having a good understanding of telecom technologies. They
should have experience in dealing with corporate clients and generating leads for sales and
account management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Managing the telecom training vertical overall sales by driving sales team.Identifying
new sales leads, Pitching our Telecom Training service offerings. Maintaining fruitful
relationships with new and existing customers. Researching organizations and individuals
online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new
markets/accounts. Researching the needs of other companies. Contacting potential
clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planning and
overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry
events.
● Desired Candidate should adapt well with numbers. The candidate should have relevant
experience in dealing with corporate clients and selling Telecom Training services, etc.
Strictly should have a good understanding on Telecom technologies. Strictly should be
able to identify the new potential clients for our offerings. Should get in touch with the
concerned people and generate leads and do sales and account management.

Education & Experience:

● MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred
● Excellent communication skills with proven track record, sales, marketing, business
development, business acumen , customer relations, total account management.
