Senior Technical manager in CRM space, will be driving the Salesforce ecosystem focusing on core products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Development and Salesforce Integrations with 12-18 years with Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with Hands on Knowledge in Salesforce – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud 

12-18 years with Minimum 6 years’ experience with Hands on Knowledge in Salesforce – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud  Experience managing a team of 10+ resources with responsibility for outcomes, growth , technical & career path for the teams Experience in working in an SAFE Agile setup will be an added advantage  Experience in measuring productivity, quality outcomes of teams and individuals and to manage performance Understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud mandatory, Service Cloud- must have) capabilities and constraints Experience of Min 4-5 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory Hands on Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning components Experience in Visualforce will be good to have Experience in financial cloud would be an added advantage Experience in nCino will be an added advantage Must have implemented Sales force for financial applications at enterprise scale Certifications on Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1, Architect. LWCs, Integrations , Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder etc. At least 1 implementation or migration experience for a CRM, with excellent Techno/functional knowledge on SalesforceCRM product Exposure to customization of CRM systems Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs. Experience in working in SCRUM/SAFe Teams. Good understanding of Agile Methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent. Lead Salesforce technical team and ability to design, create and enhance application architecture and to shape architectural vision and roadmap. Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team. Create POCs to help understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with product owners Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates. Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.  Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.  Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology (Scrum or FDD) and planning, estimation in this context. Good knowledge of technology, third party products and their products Salesforce certifications mandatory Experience of working with vendor and its products. Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment Exposure to data management and data life cycle management Proven track record in successful project management of several good size system projects in an agile environment Exposure of integrating applications in a complex and diverse systems environment Exposure to various third-party products and experience of integrating them into a systems solution Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence Provide thought & solution leadership from a Salesforce best practices perspective.  Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration practices, governor limits.  Collaborate with the business, internal IT teams, Data Migration, QA and Release management group members to define and ensure the development milestones are achieved.  Build and maintain digital expertise by researching latest industry trends and standards, driving innovation through PoCs and experiments Should be a Dynamic tech leader with thought leadership to bring in industry leading practices and tailor it to the company context.  Ability to build engineering prototypes hands-on to demonstrate capabilities. Strong team building and collaboration abilities to work with several dependent teams and clients to bring an idea to fruition. Hand’s on experience architecting, designing and building high available, high secure enterprise applications for with exposure to Whitebox, Blackbox and penetration testing  Driving discussions and lead the decision making on all engineering aspects of his/her team Ability to define engineering strategy and execute the engineering roadmap for the areas under his/her ownership. Drive engineering best practices for the team using various tools and stacks available. Define, implement, and maintain the health of the systems (both engineering and processes) for the areas under his/her ownership. Proactive discussion with product and business in understanding the roadmap and proposing appropriate engineering solutions.
