We are looking for candidates that aspire to be a part of the cutting-edge solutions and services we offer that address next generation technological challenges.Responsibilities:To design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasKeen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designsGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineersIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemapsCreate original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations and color palettes)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesCreating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfacesPresent and defend your design decisions with fundamentals Skills:1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps.Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skillsYou have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related fieldYou have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projectsYou are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop)You are proficient in prototyping tool Figma, (or Adobe XD).Basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate the feasibility of designsYou pay great attention to detail and have a keen eye for aestheticsYou have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestionsYou are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with teams & different stakeholdersSolid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design, and usability.Banyan Cloud provides equal employment opportunity (EEO)Banyan cloud provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
