Hiring – Customer Support Intern (3-Month Internship)

Proziod Analytics Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Support Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship at our Bengaluru office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, develop communication skills, and explore growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.

Position: Customer Support Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Location: Proziod Analytics Pvt Ltd., Tower-B, 2202, Ardente Office One, 2nd Floor, ITPL Main Rd, Hoodi, Bengaluru (Work From Office)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a key role in assisting customers and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll interact with customers across multiple channels, address their concerns, and work with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats

Provide accurate solutions and support to customer issues

Maintain detailed documentation of interactions

Assist in enhancing customer satisfaction and experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns efficiently

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment

Prior experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
