About the Role:

We are looking for a 
Performance Marketing Manager & Media Buying Expert
 who is results-driven, street-smart, and passionate about driving measurable growth for both 
Indian and International clients
. If you have hands-on expertise in 
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
 and other paid advertising platforms, along with the ability to lead and inspire a team, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across 
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
     and other platforms (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to achieve client KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion goals.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across campaigns.
  • Work closely with both 
    domestic and international clients
     to understand business objectives and deliver performance-driven campaigns.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the performance marketing team to consistently achieve results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to scale campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 
    Performance Marketing & Media Buying
    , particularly on 
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Strong communication skills with 
    excellent spoken and written English
    .
  • Ability to work with clients across different geographies and industries.
  • Street-smart with a problem-solving attitude and a focus on results.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to 
    manage and mentor a team
    .
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing
     or equivalent degree.
  • Professional 
    certifications in Digital Marketing
     and 
    Meta Ads
     (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification, etc.).
