Own the endtoend supply flywheel for Shadowfaxs gig partner ecosystem. You will design and scale acquisition, onboarding, activation, and first order programs across multiple cities to keep supply reliably ahead of demand while optimizing partner quality, cost, and experience.

What You'll Own

Supply Planning & Forecasting

* Build weekly and monthly supply plans using demand forecasts, seasonality, funnel throughput and churn models.

* Align plans with city ops, category, and CX teams; maintain a dynamic supply buffer for spikes (festivals, sales, weather events).

Acquisition & TopofFunnel

* Drive multichannel sourcing: referrals, ATL/BTL kiosks, campus/MLM/community partners,EV OEMs.

* Own CPL/CPO (cost per lead/onboard) budgets; set citywise targets and vendor SLAs.

* Build and enforce a standardized qualifying rubric (vehicle type, DL/RC/KYC, device readiness, timeband availability).

Onboarding, Compliance & GoLive

* Streamline document/KYC/background checks, device provisioning, training and certification (safety, app usage, order protocols, hygiene where applicable).

* Reduce TAT from lead first order; drive day0 activations and firstweek habit formation.

Activation, Quality & Productivity

* Increase weekly active partners and session depth through targeted nudges, incentives, flexible slotting and geo balancing.

People & Vendor Management

* Lead a team of acquisition leads, field trainers and partner relationship managers; manage sourcing vendors and channel partners with outcomelinked contracts.

Candidate Profile

* 6–10 years in highvelocity ops/gig marketplace/logistics; at least 3 years leading city/regionscale supply/acquisition teams.

* Demonstrated ownership of acquisitionactivationretention funnels at >15,000 partner scale.

* Strong analytical chops (Excel/Sheets, SQL basics. Comfortable with cohorting and A/B testing.)

* Fluent in vendor/channel management, incentive modeling, and field ops.

* Excellent stakeholder management across Ops, CX, Policy, Finance, Legal and Product.

* Experience with lastmile/food delivery/2wheeler logistics marketplaces.

* Exposure to EV programs/financing partners/insurance products for gig workers.

* Comfortable with geoplanning tools and heatmap based supply balancing.
