Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer who brings creativity, speed, and a keen eye for aesthetics to the table. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and AI-generated visuals, looking to make a visual impact across high-growth brands.

You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to bring brand stories to life through striking digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics, short-form videos, product teasers, and brand reels.
  • Design static creatives for web, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on visual storytelling and develop fresh creative concepts aligned with brand identity.
  • Utilize AI video generation tools to explore experimental and high-conversion visual formats.
  • Work closely with the strategy and account teams to translate briefs into clear visual outputs.
  • Contribute to internal branding and presentation design (pitch decks, case studies, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a visual design or motion design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong video editing & animation skills for social-first platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experience with AI tools for video generation (Runway, Pika Labs, etc.) is a must.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, layout skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points for:

  • Working knowledge of Figma (for product mockups & UI components).
  • Familiarity with Blender (3D product visualization or motion intros).
  • Exposure to lifestyle or premium clothing/fashion brands.
