Job Title: Senior Visual Designer

Location: Noida, India

Position Overview:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our mobile applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to create compelling visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms (iOS, Android, Website, Digital, and Industrial).

- Create a polished visual language with the appropriate look and feel to communicate an idea or information through individual graphics.

- Develop visual concepts to enhance the user experience and meet the company’s goals.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

- Develop graphical elements, icons, and visual assets for use in mobile apps, maintaining consistency in design language and branding guidelines.

- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate user requirements and business objectives into effective design solutions.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve upon designs throughout the development cycle.

- Ensure that designs are accessible and responsive, meeting the needs of users with disabilities and adapting to various screen sizes and resolutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of visual design work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Proven experience 7+ years working as a visual designer, preferably in the mobile app development industry.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe After Effect.

- Additional support in Motion design and Animations.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

- A portfolio showcasing previous visual design work, with a focus on mobile app design projects.
