Specifically, the Help Desk Analyst will : Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system as first response. Supervise monitoring tools Diagnose and resolve incidents, requests or inquiries. Escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels following escalation protocols. Log all incidents, service requests, and actions in the ITSM system (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy…). Track and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closure Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors. Contribute to the knowledge base and standard operating procedures. Identify recurring issues and propose preventive solutions. Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT service optimization projects Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Teamwork and collaboration with other support levels. High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service management. Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
