Responsibilities
: Process bi-weekly payroll for US employees using ADP or similar payroll software Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures Provide support to HR team on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as needed Prepare and distribute various HR reports as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field 2+ years of experience in HR administration with a focus on US payroll Experience with ADP or similar payroll software Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyThis is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
