Lead Recruiter — Core Tech (Data / Cloud / Integration) – US StaffingLocation: India (Remote/Hybrid) • Shift: US • Function: Talent Acquisition – US MarketAbout the roleWe’re scaling our Core Tech desk across Data (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, dbt), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Integration/Automation (Workato, Mule Soft, Boomi, Tray), and Enterprise Apps (Salesforce, Service Now). As Lead Recruiter – Core Tech, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster, with quality.What you’ll doLead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering/analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.Convert vague JDs into clear, winnable reqs via sharp discovery with Delivery/AE/HM.Build candidate pipelines via Job Diva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation/rates and close.Manage MSP/VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.Mentor 1–2 recruiters/sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.What you’ve done5–8+ years in US IT recruiting across data/cloud/integration; proven closures in at least two of: Snowflake/Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, Salesforce/Service Now, Workato/Mule Soft/Boomi.Solid grasp of US tax/visa frameworks; fluent with VMS/MSP environments.Expert Boolean/X-ray and outbound; strong storytelling in outreach.Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.Why Dyn ProEnterprise client base, high-impact desks, incentives for performance, and clear growth paths.
