Founded in 2014, it is the largest location data management platform for multi-location enterprises across India & South East Asia. In the past six years, we have evolved into everything local, from Listing & Review management across Search, Social Platforms, Maps, Apps, Voice assistants, Local directories, and more, to building and managing high-performance Hyperlocal targeted advertising campaigns at scale, and also efficiently managing store-level inventory across digital platforms. 


We have recently launched store-level messaging capabilities allowing brands to engage with audiences across multiple chat platforms from a unified application using intelligent bots or live chat.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our hyperlocal platform. You'll lead the product vision and roadmap for one or more core areas, including search or discovery, reviews, or customer insights. You'll be a strategic leader who thrives on collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, operations) to bring user-centric products to market.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation in the hyperlocal space.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product roadmaps and user stories.
  • Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring successful execution and user adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and manage product documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in hyperlocal search, discovery, and customer experience management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer success teams.


Required:

  • 6-9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2B SaaS space or a mix of B2B and B2C.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big-picture goals
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
  • Passion for the hyperlocal market and understanding of its unique challenges for multi-location brands.


Desired:

  • Experience with location-based services, search technologies, or customer review management systems.
  • Experience working with APIs of Google, Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram), and/or other Review management platforms.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
