Job description:

Established Public Limited Company requires Project Coordinator reporting directly to CEO at Guindy, Chennai. Qualified Postgraduates with min 8-10 years' experience in handling independent responsibilities viz, interface with MNC Tenants, interaction with Govt agencies, managing Project schedules, Budgeting & Forecasting, knowledge of Commercial communication, Vendor management, etc., Candidates with excellent english communication skills, Computer knowledge, Auto Cad, etc only need apply.

Job Description:

1. Administrative Functions – Oversee budgets, procurement indents, and periodic performance reviews.

2. Liaison with Statutory Authorities – Coordinate with CEIG, Corporation of Chennai, Metrowater, Revenue Department, Fire Department, SIDCO, Police, and Pollution Control Board to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

3. Management Information System (MIS) – Develop and maintain monitoring mechanisms with reporting frequencies including daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual intervals.

4. Review Governance – Define agendas for review meetings, document proceedings through Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track follow-up actions.

5. Annual Planning – Prepare and manage a 52-week operational and compliance schedule.

6. Management Reporting – Compile and present periodic review reports highlighting performance, variances, and recommended actions.
