Role & responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Drive data-backed decision making using participation metrics, guest sentiment, and market trends.
  • Identify and integrate emerging trends in hospitality & leisure experiences to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
  • Create a pipeline of future experiences to scale across resorts.
  • Continuously benchmark competitor offerings, regional tourism trends, and global innovations.
  • Own the experience refresh cycle, ensuring innovation and novelty across the portfolio.
  • Set the direction for Standard, Local, and Signature Experiences, balancing scalability with uniqueness and brand resonance.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product teams to embed technology into experience discovery, booking, and feedback collection.
  • Ensure alignment of experience strategy with overall business objectives and brand positioning.

Supervision & Cluster Oversight:

  • Lead and mentor the team of Curators, providing guidance on experience design, execution frameworks, and cross-cluster consistency.
  • Resolve escalations from clusters and act as the final decision-maker for experience design and delivery.
  • Build capability in cluster teams by driving training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
  • Foster collaboration across clusters to ensure synergy, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
  • Oversee budget utilization for experience design and delivery, ensuring financial discipline without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance function, setting and monitoring benchmarks for safety, hygiene, and service consistency.
  • Oversee periodic audits of in-house and vendor-led experiences across resorts.
  • Ensure guest feedback and NPS insights are systematically captured and acted upon to protect brand equity.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for timely corrective action on quality gaps or guest dissatisfaction triggers.

Track and report quality metrics to senior leadership, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 1520 years of progressive experience in the hotel and resort industry, with at least 7–8 years in leadership roles managing multi-property clusters or central experience design functions.
  • Strong expertise in curating, innovating, and operationalizing large-scale guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor/partner networks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to blend creativity and operational discipline.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High cultural sensitivity with an ability to design experiences that resonate locally while scaling globally.
