Responsibilities

The role will entail setting up processes and SOPs across the client journey. Responsible for serving as the primary customer escalation point for customer changes and/or issues during the implementation process. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, project/process management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in analyzing qualitative data and paying strong attention to details. Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies procedures methods and tools in support of delivery and to streamline work to provide a higher value to our customers. Establish control on project schedules and risk issues; facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule; identifies project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance; set and manage all stakeholders' expectations; create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Being creative and providing innovative solutions to business problems, not being limited by existing methods and procedures. New client approval funnel and process. Limits management and disbursements. Various lending products like letters of credit, channel finance, purchase finance, and trade credit. Oversee implementation product launch and ensure new product development processes are followed Oversee and review service delivery providing management oversight of implementation projects including project assignments and customer satisfaction. The candidate should...
At least 3+ years of experience in operations and/ or customer service. Should have managed a team of at least 7-10 members. Experience in the fintech/ e-commerce/ customer service industry would be preferred. Should be a people person - easily approachable, very effective and professional in communication, and a persuasive person. Should be an accurate decision maker and be able to handle on-ground live problems efficiently. Should be comfortable working with complex data in Excel.
