Thesuccessfulcandidate will be responsible for overseeing data validationaccuracy checks and ensuringthat our datameets the highest standards forreliability.Responsibilities:Team Management: Oversee daytodayoperation Supervise and guide a team ofQuality control executives. Assign tasks andset performance goals to achieve targets.Provide coaching and training to team members for skilldevelopment. Monitor individual and teamperformance and provide regular feedback.Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customerservice. Ensure smooth operations andadherence to established processes. Handleescalations and resolve client s complaints orissues. Collaborate with other teams ordepartments to resolve complex problems.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates goals andchallenges. Maintain accurate records ofteam performance and service metrics.Quality Assurance: Provide feedback andcoaching to team members to improveperformance. Implement quality improvementinitiatives to enhance customersatisfaction. Conduct regular audits toidentify areas for improvement and addresstrainingneeds.Performance Management: Set performancetargets and track individual and teamperformance. Analyze performance data andidentify trends or areas of improvement.Develop action plans to address performance gaps and driveresults. Recognize and reward highperformingteam members. Prepare performance reportsand present them to the managementteam.Communication andCollaboration: Foster a positive andcollaborative work environment. Communicateeffectively with team members andstakeholders. Coordinate with other teams toensure seamless operations. Act as a liaisonbetween the team and upper management.Provide regular updates on team performance and operationalissues. Qualifications andSkills: 2 to 3 years of experience workingas a Quality control manager OR asanAssistant manager in databaseindustry. Strong knowledge of Qualitycontrol principles and practices. Excellentverbal and written communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achievegoals. Proficiency in using Quality controlsoftware and tools. Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively. Strongorganizational and time management skills.Flexibility to work in shifts and handle a fastpacedenvironment.
