Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic ads, media buying and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Prepare media plan and execute efficiently with proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTEch
  • Proven skills, strategy and outcome driven campaign execution with programmatic ads and media buying
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic ads, media buying
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360 and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
