About the Company We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dev Ops solutions across diverse enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on execution capability, and strategic thinking to drive Dev Ops transformation, streamline delivery pipelines, and ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability. You will work across bespoke applications as well as platforms like Salesforce and SAP. About the Role The Dev Ops Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Dev Ops solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization while optimizing performance and security. Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Design scalable, secure, and resilient Dev Ops architectures tailored to organizational needs across custom and enterprise platforms. Conduct Dev Ops maturity assessments and define strategic roadmaps to advance Dev Ops capabilities. Rationalize Dev Ops toolsets and standardize architecture patterns for automation, integration, and monitoring. Pipeline Design & Delivery Automation Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, fast, and consistent application delivery. Integrate pipelines with ITSM tools such as Service Now for seamless change, release, and incident management. Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline performance and reliability through tooling, configuration, and process enhancements. Cloud Infrastructure & Ia C Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) with tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies are built into infrastructure designs. Support multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments with automation-first mindset. Observability & System Health Define and implement observability frameworks (metrics, logging, tracing) to enable proactive monitoring and faster incident resolution. Guide SRE practices and establish standards for performance monitoring and alerting. Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term system reliability improvements. Security & Compliance (Dev Sec Ops) Embed security practices directly into pipelines and infrastructure workflows, including static/dynamic code scans, compliance checks, and policy enforcement. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure Dev Ops aligns with regulatory requirements. Optimization & Innovation Identify and implement improvements in process efficiency, resource utilization, and cloud cost optimization. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development and operational workflows. Collaboration & Enablement Serve as a Dev Ops thought leader across development, operations, QA, and business teams. Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to Dev Ops engineers, developers, and stakeholders. Support solution sizing and Dev Ops planning for new projects and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience designing and leading Dev Ops architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments. Expertise with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions). Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code frameworks. Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. Experience integrating Dev Ops pipelines with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms. Understanding of Dev Ops for both custom applications and packaged platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
