**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and Implement Infrastructure**,**Develop**scalable and secure architecture solutions for deployment, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline code releases.
- Evaluate and recommend DevOps tools and technologies based on organizational needs.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Should be able to plan Disaster Recovery, Redundant solutioning for seamless flow of data
- Incorporate security best practices into the DevOps processes, including identity management, access controls, and vulnerability assessments.
- Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues, providing rapid solutions.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes, and best practices.
- Lead training and workshops on DevOps best practices and toolsets for internal teams.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring swift resolution and prevention of future occurrences.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the company’s processes.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect position.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Hands on experience of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, GCP DevOps)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and associated instruments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Certifications and Skills**:
**Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solution Architect/Azure Solution Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), etc.

**Advanced Skills**: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

**Knowledge**: Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing
