RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall creative excellence. Establish the creative vision & work on ideating original & award-winning campaigns.
  • Lead the creative team of the Company in collaboration with other Creative Directors and plan the workflow on a regular basis.
  • Conceptualise communication strategy and stay on top of trends in ATL/ BTL/ OTL/ O2O space to translate them into trendsetting work.
  • Mentor, manage and groom a team of copywriters to deliver great ideas and well-crafted stories
  • Ideate and actively contribute to pitches


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Work Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in an advertising agency. Knowledge of the digital domain is essential.
  • A degree in any discipline. Qualification in Journalism/ Copywriting/ PR/ Mass Communication or Communicative English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valued for writing flexibility, conceptual/visual thinking, and keen sense of strategy.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (goes without saying)
