Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, interview coordination, onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule/co-ordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support HR operations including employee records, engagement activities, and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HR software and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage HR responsibilities effectively.
