Responsibilities:

  1. Client Eligibility Assessment:

  2. Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure clients meet immigration eligibility criteria.

  3. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of changing immigration

policies.

  1. Documentation Verification:

  2. Manage and verify client documentation to meet immigration requirements.

  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials.

  4. Visa Lodgement:

  5. Prepare and submit visa applications in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

  6. Monitor application progress and address any issues promptly.

  7. Legal Compliance Check:

  8. Conduct legal checks on behalf of the company to ensure compliance with immigration laws.

  9. Work closely with legal teams to resolve any identified issues.

  10. Client Background Check:

  11. Perform background checks on clients to assess potential risks and legal implications.

  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1- 4 years of experience in operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
