You will be responsible to handle all the admin, follow up and implementation tasks that would be run under the guidance of a Manager.Roles and responsibilities:Handle all coordination with the internal design team and external digital marketing agencyBrief in designs to internal teams accurately, ensure briefs are understood, follow-up with them on submission timelines and flag any delays to the respective Manager etcEnsure quality checks on designs in terms of content accuracy, adherence to technical specificationsChecking all artworks are labeled properly or organize them in the correct folders and shared with the external agency on timeEnsure that all artworks have been published online by the external agency and check them to ensure content is accurate and displayed as expectedReview campaigns on a daily basis to prepare reports on activity & spend

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field1+ Years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or technology industryDemonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI-driven outcomesProficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising platformsFamiliarity with marketing analytics tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and attribution models to track, measure, and analyze campaign performanceStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making and campaign optimization strategiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, campaign results, and recommendations to diverse stakeholdersSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plusEvent marketing (exhibitions, trade shows, conferences) experience is a plus
