We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can help us continue to grow and reach our audiences effectively. Experience in generating leads for B2B markets, both domestic and international, is critical.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights to achieve lead generation and ROI goals.- Manage budgets and allocate spending across campaigns efficiently to maximize campaign results and profitability.- Collaborate with other marketing and product teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and company goals.- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research. Propose differentiated marketing strategies based on analysis.- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the marketing team and senior management.- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, latest tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with performance-based and direct response campaigns.- Strong understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing platforms and tools.- Experience managing PPC, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising.- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.- Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing tools.
