What You'll Do

  • Handle customer queries via
    phone, email, chat & tickets
  • Resolve issues quickly & professionally
  • Record interactions in
    CRM tools
    (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zoho Desk, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
  • Achieve support KPIs –
    response time, satisfaction & resolution
  • Share customer insights to improve service

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years
    of customer support / customer service experience
  • Fluency in
    English & Hindi
    (verbal & written)
  • Strong communication & multitasking skills
  • Experience with
    CRM/helpdesk tools
    preferred
  • Ability to stay calm & empathetic under pressure
