What You'll Do
Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Voice AI Agents
Evaluate and analyze AI agent performance across different use cases
Collaborate with product and support teams to improve AI capabilities
Document prompt strategies and maintain performance evaluation reports
Research and implement latest AI prompt engineering techniques
What We're Looking For
Fresh Graduate with any relevant degree
Basic AI knowledge and understanding of machine learning concepts
Strong interest in latest AI technologies (LLMs, GPT, Claude, etc.)
Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis
Good knowledge of databases (SQL basics preferred)
Excellent email communication skills and professional writing ability
Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with Python or data analysis tools is a plus
