Work Mode: Hybrid

MoneyForward is seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team and help develop and maintain our AI systems. This role involves working on prompt engineering, building a RAG system, MCP server/client, and more. The ideal candidate is proficient in both backend and frontend development, with a strong emphasis on Python, React, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend services for AI systems.
- Build and enhance AI platforms using LLM and AI agent technologies.
- Collaborate with DevOps to manage builds, deployments, and containerization using Docker.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Generative AI technologies such as LLM Optimization, RAG development, and AI Agent platforms.
- Experience in API integration for MCP server/client if needed.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including build automation and containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (GCP, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with AI and machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
- Experience developing and implementing asynchronous architectures.
