COMPLIANCES & AUDITS:

  • Responsible for strategic Compliance planning monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for GST, TDS, Income Tax, Legal, Costing, Banking & Insurance, and other regulatory related to finance and other statutory and non-statutory compliances as applicable under acts.
  • Ensure all Compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Legal, Costing, Banking & Insurance and other regulatory related to finance and other statutory and non-statutory compliances) are duly done timely (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually) as per standard norms and acts.
  • Proactively involvement with auditors and Consultants for completion of GST Audit, Tax Audit, Income Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Bank & Insurance Audit and other regulatory related to finance and other statutory & non-statutory audit and soliciting opinions relation to the financial matter of the Company.
  • Responsible for closing the findings of the audit within stipulated time.
  • Proactively involvement and closure of Due Diligence.


STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES:

  • Extend cooperation and support to CFO for achieving the financial objectives of the Company.
  • Propose and execute the actions plans to achieve the financial objectives of the company.
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Keeping abreast with the latest laws, acts and regulation as applicable and evaluating their short term and long-term impact on the financial matters of the Company.
  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes and training new & existing talents.


DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day to day accounting operations, banking operations and other tasks of the Company.
  • Oversee day to day legal compliances and other regulatory requirements of the Company.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
  • Provide advice on Cost Control and increase revenue of the Company.
  • Responsible for giving payment approval in consultation with CFO.
  • Responsible for taking reports and status of the team related to their work and performance.
  • Responsible for monitoring MIS and timely review of the same.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
  • Maintain speed and accuracy accounts system for accounts department.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance by analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Ensure records are properly filed and maintained.


Preferably 10 to 20 years of experience candidate with a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, LLB, DISA, B.com (gold Medalist), M.com (Gold Medalist) qualification.
