Backed by top investors, it is building a high-impact team to drive long-term industry transformation.Role - Network Support EngineerLocation - Bengaluru, IndiaRequired Tech Stack - Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Design & Deployment, Layer 1–4 Troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, API Automation, Customer-Facing NetworkingYOE - 3+ years of experience in a network engineering role, not general IT supportRoles & Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across all layers (Layer 1–4)Manage and support remote customer networksConfigure and maintain Routing, Switching, and Wireless NetworksIdentify, document, and escalate product bugsCreate feature requests based on customer feedbackUse Infrastructure as Code and API automation for network tasksShare expertise and mentor team members to build technical depthRequirements for the role :3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environmentsStrong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks across diverse environmentsExperience trouble shooting and managing networks across all layers (Layer 1–4)Background in Network Design, Deployment, and supporting complex customer networksKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code, API automation, and light programming for network tasksDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, or related fieldExceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor, document processes, and collaborate with teams.Why Candidates Should Join:Shape Enterprise Networking: Build next-gen networks and influence large-scale enterprise networking.Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot all layers across diverse environments, driving product innovation.Grow & Make an Impact: Use infrastructure-as-code, automation, and APIs while shaping customer success.
