Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in both administrative and strategic capacities. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience, with demonstrated strengths in HR analytics, internal and external communication, and executive-level support. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain effective filing systems.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, messages).
HR Analytics & Support
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting HR data (e.g., attrition, headcount, hiring trends).
- Generate reports and dashboards for internal review using Excel, HRMS, or analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Internal & External Communication
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and HR updates.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain a professional tone and brand voice in all written and verbal communication.
Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administration tasks.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, or training programs.
- Provide support in organizing corporate events, offsites, or other activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR analytics tools (Excel dashboards, HRMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
- Exposure to internal branding or corporate communication.
- Positive attitude, approachable personality, and team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments.
