Job Description :


- 15+ years of experience in development background on different technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Java etc.

- Good in team and stakeholder management.

- Proven experience in handling a team of 50+

- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams.

- Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives.

- Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation.

- Jira Tool - Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management.

- Weekly metrics include Effort Burn-down charts, velocity charts, release plans & vision team updates.

- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions.

- Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner.

- Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.

- Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal.

- Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud

Responsibilities :

Lead Agile Teams :

- Lead and manage cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Project Management :

- Plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Use project management tools like Jira or Trello to track progress and manage tasks.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and met.

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

Foster Continuous Improvement :

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Implement best practices and drive process improvements to enhance team performance and productivity.

Mentorship and Coaching :

- Mentor and coach team members in Agile practices and principles.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies.

Technical Acumen :

- Leverage a solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle to guide the team.

- Previous technical experience is an added advantage and will help in better understanding and addressing technical challenges.
