Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, footballers, storytellers, cooks, fashionistas, artists and strategists.Please read our culture & values before applying: watch our culture video here: Culture at BSAnd how we Wrapped 2024 at Buffalo SoldiersAt Buffalo Soldiers, we:take our business seriously, but not ourselvesbelieve intelligence, attitude, and energy often trump experienceA Day In The Life Of A Senior Account ExecutiveYou will work with our stellar, nimble team to manage a portfolio of clients covering creative, social, video and print advertising campaigns.You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.The RoleServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.Understand and assess client needs, objectives, and expectations to tailor brand strategies accordingly, ensure client satisfaction, and proactively address any issues or concerns.Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client expectations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the organization, including creative, digital, and sales teams, to timely deliver successful campaigns.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.What You Bring To It3-4 years of account management and client servicing experience in a creative/advertising/digital agency.Familiarity with social and digital marketing, content marketing and brand building strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBrownie Points If You HaveProficiency in marketing and data analysis tools.Understanding of market research techniques and data interpretation.What We OfferOptional General Health insuranceEquity for every team members with vesting periodLoads of fun and good energyCake facials on birthdaysThat’s it Interested?Share your cv and portfolio to the following emails:P.S - The subject line must read: Your Name | Application For Senior Account Executive
