About The Role
As the head of Strategy Transformation and Business Services India and Philippines ( STBS I&P) the incumbent will be responsible for identifying and driving opportunities for strategic interventions to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and experience across CTO India and Philippines ( CTO I&P). He/she is expected to lead complex initiatives/programs, drive transformation, manage business services across locations and is expected to work closely with head of CTO I&P and his leadership team.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategy, priorities, and business management
  • Drive Product and Agile transformation of CTO I&P
  • Drive strategic planning, org wide initiatives and priorities and OKRs
  • Manage a coordinated operating cadence around:
    • Strategic planning
    • Product and Agile Transformation
    • Budget, and finance management
    • Risk & compliance mandates
    • Workforce management
    • Employee communication and employee engagement priorities
    • Executive and operational reporting
    • Professional services and Infrastructure procurement
    • Other admin activities
  • Build compelling executive presentations and represent CTO in internal and external forums
  • Identify financial management and strategic resourcing
  • Set risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Develop strategies for hiring engineering talent
  • Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • Very strong communicator, with excellent planning and program management skills. Proven ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization to create engagement and drive results
  • 14+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, business management, product and agile transformation in a financial services and technology environment
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and tell compelling stories through PowerPoint presentation, strategy papers, and other written formats.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with a proven ability to build, lead, and motive high-performing teams.
  • Self-driven, and proactive leader, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while strategically managing responsibilities to ensure no impact to business
  • Driving organizational maturity through transformation.
8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience and 4+ years of Mgmt experience
