This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for Day-to-day tasks include GST 2A reconciliation,
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
calculations, filings, and reconciliation. The role requires support the Accounts and Finance team with daily financial operations, bank transaction and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Reconciliations
  • Inventory & Stock Valuation:
  • Assist in various day-to-day accounting activities and MIS reporting as assigned by the CFO.
  • Perform GST 2A reconciliation and ensure accurate matching of purchase data with GST returns.
  • Maintain and post entries in accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, filings, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee cost accounting functions, ensuring that cost allocation and tracking are accurate.
  • Entry of all accounts related data including raw material and consumable bills in the accounting system.
  • Process and verify purchase and consumer bills, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a
    manufacturing or steel industry
    setup.
  • Strong knowledge of
    advanced Excel
    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GST compliance, TDS regulations, and cost accounting principles.
  • Experience in banking operations, reconciliations and inventory valuation.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
