Panchanan International Pvt. Ltd., established in 1998, is a professionally managed company led by Managing Director Mr. Naveen Goel. We specialize in the distribution of readymade garments and undergarments, both offline and online. Over the years, the company has expanded significantly, dealing with more than 500 retailers in the Delhi NCR, UP, and Uttarakhand regions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Junior Accounts Executive. The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, financial record keeping, and bank reconciliations. The role also includes preparing monthly financial reports, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Junior Accounts Executive will work closely with the senior accounting team and other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounts or finance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
