Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesUnderstanding the customer requirements comprehensively with future in mind and translate into civil/engineering concepts Vast knowledge on different technological advancement in various construction and utility components / equipments Developing Drawings, RFQ and data based Estimate for Budgetory Approvals Refreshing the vendor base who are competent on high quality, quick delivery with optimum cost Receive and Analyse quotes and validate the pricing among the compaison Conduct Negotiations whereever necessary (as per approval by central team )Award contracts / Empanel vendors as per approval of central team and close communication with the user departmentPresent key updates, issues to Senior Management / Central team and seek support for de-bottlenecking the issues wherever required without any delayProven Project Planning with all back-up plans/alternatives to result in quality delivery at optimum cost within expected timeline Liaise with legal department wherever necessary on various service contracts and its renewals or extension Drive process excellence by supporting in standardization of vendors and processes by driving the synergiesTo be amiable, professional and approachable at all timesMaintain current maintenance contracts by updating prices,fees and any other service conditionsTo ensure the effective management and update of all relevant databases and maintaining systematic filing systemAct as the point of contact for both internal and external customers in regards to contractual issues.To liaise positively and professionally with all the vendors & user departmentBringing in industry intelligence in own domain & keep up with the technology trends in own domainCreating a reliable vendor panel exclusive for MRV civil maintenance Implementing Green Campus and encouraging Green products in all new projects Experience10 - 12 Years ExperienceIndustry PreferredQualifications BE Civil Engineering General Requirements
