We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter application development, proficiency in Riverpod state management, and a deep understanding of building high-quality, scalable, and efficient mobile applications. Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
  2. State Management: Implement and manage complex state management using Riverpod efficiently.
  3. UI/UX Excellence: Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs that enhance user experience.
  4. Code Optimization: Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new features and optimize existing functionality.
  6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and UI inconsistencies.
  7. Version Control: Utilize Git for source control, ensuring best practices in collaboration and version management.
  8. Learning & Mentoring: Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, and mentor junior developers as needed.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Proficiency in Riverpod state management.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries integration.
  • Knowledge of native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java) is a plus.
  • Experience with Firebase services (e.g., Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior involvement in publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
