Position : Technical Lead – Moodle & Cloud Solutions Location : Noida Work from Office Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Lead – Moodle & Cloud Solutions with strong hands-on expertise in Moodle LMS and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role requires a blend of technical depth, solution architecture, and project leadership , ensuring seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and customized e Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, an effective communicator, and a team leader who can translate business needs into robust technical solutions while driving project execution and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, customization, and deployment of Moodle LMS solutions. Manage upgrades, plugin/theme development, API integrations, and performance optimization . Architect and manage scalable, secure applications on Cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable). Oversee system architecture, backups, disaster recovery, and security compliance . Set up and manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Dev Ops, Client stakeholders) to ensure delivery excellence. Mentor and guide developers/administrators, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across LMS, integrations, and hosting environments. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and monitoring standards . Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders . Drive project execution by creating project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery. Provide thought leadership by evaluating new technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance product delivery. Required Skills & Experience Proven expertise in Moodle LMS (installation, configuration, customization, plugin/theme development, integrations). Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Cloud Front, IAM, Lambda, etc.) ; exposure to Azure/GCP a plus. Proficiency in PHP, My SQL/Postgre SQL, Java Script, and web technologies . Experience with Git/Bitbucket and managing CI/CD pipelines . Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of system security, performance tuning, and monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, New Relic, ELK stack). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills . Demonstrated experience in leading teams, project/task planning, and client interactions . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience. Knowledge of other LMS platforms or e Learning standards (SCORM, x API) is an advantage. Experience working in Agile environments . Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
