Responsibilities:

  • Develop the user journey for a new website with the agency end to end.
  • Define the UI UX journey for B2B & B2C audience across marketing platforms for automations
  • Integrate payment gateways, CRM & digital automation, and analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders & IT team.
  • Develop the entire user flow & journey on whats app & other digital channels.
  • ·App development & What’s app business account and chat bot across platforms
  • Define & manage digital marketing transformation & set up
  • Handle API & CRM integration across platforms
  • All development will be done through the agencies therefore being able to liaison with agencies & get work done through them is critical. Thinking & domain knowledge in the field is critical
  • Hands on with project with sharp execution capability & agility to drive changes in turn around time
  • Should be able to drive SEO strategy & plans technically & through content to be able to drive polycab website to # 1 position in ranking
  • Strong data visualization to business objective to be presented in an effective & interesting visual format


Ideal candidate to possess below:

· Full time graduation degree; MBA (Marketing) preferred

· 5-6 years of digital Asset experience

· A proactive and positive attitude to learning

· Self-discipline and motivation

· Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

· Excellent technical capabilities

· Advanced analytical and numerical skills

· Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills

· Strong skills in excel and PowerPoint
