Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Desired Competencies:

- Maintain cloud infrastructure, application, and database backup.- Configure and Maintain Server scaling and High Availability & Disaster Recovery- Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.- Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.- Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.- Troubleshooting system and server errors.- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.- Managing user access.- Monitoring system performance.- Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.- Extensive knowledge on fundamentals of VMware/Hyper-V and related technologies- Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.- Ability to create scripts in PowerShell.- Should have worked on Vulnerability closure.- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Good analytical and communication skills.- Proficiency in handling large setups with a good understanding of about Windows OS- Understanding of DR and BCP- Should have a good understanding of Storage and SAN technologies.- Should be able to work in shifts and travel across various location in India- Good communication skills to connect with end users / clients

Good To Have:

- Proficiency in handling large setups with a good understanding of Windows OS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory- Understanding of DR and BCP- Certification in any of the above virtualization platforms- Linux server clustering (Veritas Cluster /RHEL /SUSE/Cluster/Pacemaker Clusters) & Solaris. UNIX
